GenTall is a mobile app designed for teenagers to track their height growth journey, predict potential height, and participate in fun growth-promoting games like Massive Jump, Cobra Stretch, Posture Master, and Growth Sprint. The app combines height tracking with interactive activities to make your growth journey engaging and motivating.

Height predictions are estimates based on statistical models using your age, gender, current height, and family height data. While our algorithm is designed to be informative, predictions cannot be guaranteed as height is influenced by many factors including genetics, nutrition, health, and lifestyle. Actual results may vary significantly. These predictions are for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

GenTall does not claim to increase height beyond your natural genetic potential. Height is primarily determined by genetics. However, our games and exercises can help you maximize your natural growth potential during developmental years by promoting good posture, physical activity, and healthy habits. The app provides tools to track your growth and stay motivated, but cannot alter your genetic height destiny.

GenTall is designed for teenagers and young adults aged 13-25. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the app. The height prediction and tracking features are most relevant during the natural growth years (typically ages 13-21 for most people).

Yes! Your height data, game progress, and personal information are stored securely on your device by default. Camera and sensor data used in games are processed in real-time and never stored or transmitted. Premium users can optionally enable encrypted cloud backup. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your app store:

• iOS: Visit Apple's "Report a Problem" website
• Android: Contact Google Play Store customer service

GenTall does not control app store refund policies. Refund approval is at the discretion of Apple or Google.

Try these steps:

1. Close and reopen the GenTall app
2. Check your internet connection
3. Go to Settings → Tap "Restore Purchases"
4. Verify the purchase went through in your app store account
5. If issue persists, contact support@gentall.app with your purchase receipt

2. Check device settings: Settings → GenTall → Enable Camera and Motion permissions
3. Close and restart the app
4. Ensure adequate lighting for camera-based games
5. Update to the latest version of GenTall
6. Restart your device
7. Clear app cache in device settings

1. Update GenTall to the latest version
2. Update your device operating system
3. Clear app cache and data (Settings → Apps → GenTall → Clear Cache)
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data will be saved if cloud backup is enabled)
5. Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
6. If problem persists, contact support with device model and OS version

If you have cloud backup enabled (Premium):

1. Go to Settings → Cloud Backup
2. Tap "Restore from Cloud"
3. Your data should sync automatically

If cloud backup was not enabled:

Unfortunately, data stored only locally cannot be recovered if deleted or lost. We recommend enabling cloud backup to prevent data loss.

1. Go to device Settings → Notifications
2. Find and select GenTall
3. Enable "Allow Notifications"
4. Customize notification types (Measurement Reminders, Game Challenges, Achievements)
5. In GenTall app: Go to Settings → Notifications → Enable desired reminders

Delete local data:

1. Open GenTall
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Tap "Delete All Data"
4. Confirm deletion

Delete cloud data:

Email support@gentall.app with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your registered email address
• Type of data to delete (account, height data, game progress, all data)

We'll process your request within 48 hours.

No! Camera data used in games like Posture Master is processed in real-time on your device and is NEVER stored, saved, or transmitted to our servers. Only your game scores and progress are saved, not any images or video data.

Yes! Premium users can export their data:

1. Go to Settings → Data Management
2. Tap "Export Data"
3. Choose format (CSV or PDF report)
4. Save or share the exported file

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before using GenTall's physical activity features. Stop any game or exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Height is primarily determined by genetics. GenTall's games and exercises cannot change your genetic height potential. However, they can help you:
