1. App Overview

GenTall is a mobile application designed to help teenagers track their height growth journey, predict potential height, and engage in growth-promoting activities through interactive games. The app features games such as Massive Jump, Cobra Stretch, Posture Master, and Growth Sprint, along with height tracking and prediction tools. GenTall offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

GenTall Premium includes:

• Unlimited height measurements and tracking
• Advanced height prediction algorithm with personalized insights
• Access to all interactive games (Massive Jump, Cobra Stretch, Posture Master, Growth Sprint)
• Complete exercise and stretching library
• Personalized growth challenges and daily tasks
• Detailed growth analytics and progress charts
• Game performance tracking and statistics
• Export height data and progress reports
• Ad-free experience
• Cloud backup and sync across devices
• Priority customer support

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

• iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
• Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

GenTall does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

• Use the app's games and exercise features safely and responsibly
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the app in accordance with these terms
• Not share your premium account access with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

• Follow proper form and safety guidelines when playing games or performing exercises
• Consult healthcare professionals before starting any new exercise routine
• Ensure adequate space and proper environment when playing physical games

• The app does not claim to influence or change genetic height potential

• Do not overextend or force the stretch
• Consult a healthcare provider if you have back problems

11.3 Posture Master & Growth Sprint

• Follow instructions carefully and progress at your own pace
• Maintain proper form to avoid injury
• Take breaks as needed and stay hydrated

Users are responsible for entering accurate height measurements, age, and personal data. GenTall relies on user-provided information for tracking and predictions. The app is not responsible for inaccurate predictions or tracking due to incorrect user input.

13. Age Requirements

GenTall is designed for teenagers and young adults. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the app and subscribing to premium features.

14. Camera and Sensor Access

Some game features may require access to your device's camera, accelerometer, and gyroscope:

• Camera access may be used for posture detection in certain games
• Motion sensors are used for jump tracking, movement detection, and game mechanics
• Data is processed locally on your device and not stored or transmitted
• You can revoke sensor permissions at any time through device settings

Users may create personal goals, notes, and track game progress within the app:

• Users retain ownership of their personal data and content

• GenTall reserves the right to remove inappropriate content

19. Limitation of Liability

GenTall and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Injuries sustained during games or exercise activities
• Disappointment if actual height differs from predictions
• Physical strain, muscle soreness, or overexertion from games or challenges
• Any health complications arising from app use
• Data loss or technical issues
• Device damage from physical activities

20. No Medical or Growth Claims

GenTall does not claim to increase height beyond natural genetic potential. The app provides games, exercises, and tracking features that may support healthy growth during natural developmental years, primarily through posture improvement, physical activity, and healthy lifestyle habits.

21. Technical Support

We provide technical support for app functionality, game features, and subscription management. Support does not include medical advice, personalized health consultations, or fitness training.

22. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
